Credit may only be used for Annual Membership purchases at The Gents Place. Credit cannot be used for retail purchases either on The Gents Store or at The Gents Place.

You may use annual member credit for only annual memberships at this time. You may not redeem towards services, retail, gift cards, or monthly memberships.

There is no "cash out" option, and annual membership credit has no cash value. If you discontinue services at The Gents Place for longer than six months, your credit will be removed from your account.

Yes, all retail goods purchased at The Gents Place provide 20% annual member credit, unless noted otherwise. Note: Creed fragrance purchases in club provide only 10% annual member credit.

Yes, you may use any additional credit for subsequent renewals and also for purchasing annual memberships for other members.

Yes, you may use AMC for annual locker memberships. You may not use towards "monthly" locker memberships.

Yes, you may use AMC for annual custom memberships, as long as they are paid in full, non-monthly plans.
General Questions

At this time, we will not carry the same items as are offered inside the brick-and-mortar club locations. However, the annual membership credit you accrue for in-club purchases will be combined with online purchases and included in your annual membership credit dollars presented on the site.

No, you don’t have to be an active member to earn credit towards an annual membership. Any buyer on the site will automatically earn credit towards a new or renewal of an annual membership.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are offered on most items from the brand partner, unless otherwise noted, and when you return an item in new and unused condition back to the brand partner.

Yes, if you return an item for a refund, your annual member credit balance will be reduced accordingly. If you have already redeemed for membership, you will have a deficit in your account which you will need to bring back to a positive balance through additional purchase or payment.
