Ebarb Craft Sausage offers 12 varieties of small-batch premium pork sausage, using only premium cuts of pork shoulder, all natural spices, natural casings, no fillers or added fat, and no mechanically separated meat products.
As a teenager in the 1970’s, Tracy Ebarb worked in his Dad’s Meat Market in Wills Point, TX, using unique spice blends to create sausage flavors that people drove from miles around to enjoy.
Years later, Tracy’s love of sausage making never left him, and in the fall of 2023, he and his wife Jacque launched Ebarb Craft Sausage. The motto “Enjoy Every Sausage” has proven true for over 5000 customers to date, with that number growing every day.
